How to create an account on Sakola?

Go to the store’s website, in the upper right corner, click on Create Account/Login”.

When filling out the registration form, you will be asked to provide some personal information such as: Full Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email: and Password.

After filling out the form correctly, click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

After that, check your email inbox, and click on the confirmation link to activate your account. From then on, you will be able to log in with your credentials (email and password) on the store’s website.

What forms of payment does Sakola accept?

Payment by Reference through Internet Banking / Multicaixa Express / ATM.

Do you deliver throughout the country?

Yes, we do. Delivery costs vary by location. When you are purchasing an item, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically depending on the address that is registered.
You will then be assigned the total amount to pay, as well as the payment details.

How long does it take to receive the order?
The delivery time of the order to the province of Luanda is made on the same day (from 8 am to 4 pm), from the date of payment.

Orders to be delivered outside Luanda have an additional 3 to 5 working days, depending on the province, from the date of payment.”
